Angel Jefferson is the founder of One Great Enterprise LLC, a Bronx-based property manager overseeing a 7-building, 36-unit residential portfolio across the Bronx and Brooklyn.

A licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson (#10401391545) and HGAR Realtor, Angel has placed 100+ families through CityFHEPS and Section 8. He previously managed 600+ units at Shinda Management.

Today he helps NYC landlords fill vacancies with pre-qualified voucher tenants — and guides renters through becoming housing ready.
